Refund Policy

The short version

If your report has not yet been generated, we'll refund 100%. If your report has been generated and delivered but does not meet our quality standard, we'll regenerate it or issue a full refund. We do not refund after 14 days from delivery.

How to request a refund

Reply to your order confirmation email or contact hello@carbonready.com within 14 days of delivery with a brief description of the issue.

What we'll do

  1. Acknowledge your request within one business day.
  2. If you haven't completed the survey: full refund within 5 business days, no questions asked.
  3. If the report was delivered but has factual errors or missing sections: we'll regenerate within 3 business days at no additional cost.
  4. If you're still not satisfied after regeneration: full refund within 5 business days.

What's not refundable

Refund mechanics

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time depends on your card issuer (typically 5–10 business days). For ACH/bank-debit payments, allow up to 15 business days.
