Refund Policy

The short version
If your report has not yet been generated, we'll refund 100%. If your report has been generated and delivered but does not meet our quality standard, we'll regenerate it or issue a full refund. We do not refund after 14 days from delivery.
How to request a refund
Reply to your order confirmation email or contact hello@carbonready.com within 14 days of delivery with a brief description of the issue.
What we'll do
- Acknowledge your request within one business day.
- If you haven't completed the survey: full refund within 5 business days, no questions asked.
- If the report was delivered but has factual errors or missing sections: we'll regenerate within 3 business days at no additional cost.
- If you're still not satisfied after regeneration: full refund within 5 business days.
What's not refundable
- Reports successfully delivered > 14 days ago.
- Reports rejected due to information you provided that turned out to be inaccurate (e.g., wrong NAICS code, wrong state). We'll still regenerate at our discretion.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our team. We'll dispute these aggressively.
Refund mechanics
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time depends on your card issuer (typically 5–10 business days). For ACH/bank-debit payments, allow up to 15 business days.
