These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CarbonReady ("Service"), operated by Tribe Metrics LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CarbonReady provides automated informational reports compiled from public data sources and AI-assisted analysis. Reports are delivered to your email and available in your account dashboard.

2. No Professional Advice

The Service is provided for informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, environmental, or other professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before acting on any information delivered through the Service.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and authorised to bind the business you are purchasing on behalf of. You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and on any survey.

4. Payment

All purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are quoted in US Dollars. You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use reports for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish reports without our written consent. All software, designs, and prompts remain our property.

7. Third-Party Data

Reports incorporate data from third-party public sources (e.g., BLS, Census, SBA, EPA). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
